Product Description

tri-effect vacuum concentrator machine is suitable for pharmaceutical, biological, food, chemical and other industries, commonly used for evaporation of Chinese
medicine extract, juice, fine chemical solution ,wastewater ,high salt solution evaprator and crystallization , etc. It is
especially suitable for low temperature vacuum concentration of heat sensitive materials.due to the effect.

1. The Tri-Effect Multiple Evaporator is mainly composed of three stages effect heater, three stages effect evaporator, condenser, liquid collection tank, steam/ water separator, defoamer, pipeline, etc.
2. The heater is of tubular double-layer structure, with heat preservation shell, and the upper cover is connected by flange,
which is convenient to open and clean the interior. The user shall install pressure gauge and safety valve on the steam inlet pipe to ensure the safety of steam consumption. The evaporator also has a heat preservation shell, and is equipped with a mirror and a sight lamp to facilitate the observation of the working condition of the feed liquid.
3. The Tri-Effect Multiple Evaporator is designed with compact and reasonable layout, beautiful appearance and advanced process flow. It has the advantages of high evaporation speed, high discharge rate and high concentration ratio by adopting the external processing thermal natural circulation and negative pressure evaporation.
4. The equipment adopts multi effect evaporation, the second and third time steam can be reused, and the energy saving effect is remarkable.
5. The upper part of the evaporator is equipped with a defoamer, so that the materials can be concentrated in a sealed state without bubbles or with few bubbles, which is not easy to run off and reduces pollution.
6. The equipment is made of stainless steel, with internal and external precision polishing, meeting GMP requirements.

Polishing:
Polishing is vital for tanks. Tanks should be polished wholly inside and outside.
Therefore it can ensure there is no place for the bacteria to hide in tanks.
Our polishing system consists of auto and semi-auto polishing machine and manual polishing.
Each tank is polished three times and more polish for the key place.

Welding:
Our argon central system for welding provides 100% pure argon to protect tanks from distorting during welding
