The components of plants that have medicinal value and healing properties are called Bioactive compounds and they undergo a series of processes called Extraction and isolation.
Essential oil extraction machine is using steam to distill raw material to extractor the active ingredient essential oil from the different raw material.
Essential oil extraction equipment is widely used in the extraction of conventional oils from flowers, grass, trees, leaves, slices, roots,seeds and animal materials

- Extraction tank working volume can be from 20L to 10000L .
- Extraction tank material can be made from SS304 or SS316L
- This equipment uses steam distillation the plant raw material and to separate with water.
- This equipment is a super small steam distillation extraction equipment developed by our company according to the classic process of essential oil extraction, combined with the advanced automatic control system. Reasonable structure design and superior performance. Simple and flexible operation, one person can easily complete the whole production.
- The condensing part of the equipment has unique design and good condensing effect. The oil-water separation unit adopts the laboratory grade glass multi pipeline design, The oil-water separator with special structure is used for the separation and collection of essential oil.
- Residue raw material easy discharge after extraction, we use the pneumatic discharge gate design structure.
Brief Process Flow Description(Steam direct distill extraction method):
- First open the manhole to charge the flower or other raw material into the extraction tank ,then close the manhole .
- Open the condenser and sub-cooler chiller inlet valve to make the cooling running in the condenser /sub-cooler .
- Open the steam inlet valve to control the steam inlet flow capacity.
- Watch the water/oil separator and adjust the water drain or back valve to make the essential oil coming in a stable status.
- When the oil level goes upper and collect the essential oil .
- After collection all the essential oil ,then close the steam valve and cooling water valve
- Open the pneumatic discharge gate to drain the residue raw material
- Washing inside shell and pipeline by water.
This steam distiller type extration system line can be used for various plant essential oil extraction, such as herbal raw materials, animal organics, seafood, flowers, seeds, leaves, fruits, stems, roots, and natural products.
