Electrical Heating Dynamic Extractor for Herbal Powder with Centrifuge Separation
Natural products are the components or substances that are produced from natural sources such as plants. These naturally occurring products have an impact on human life and are therefore used as Medicines, dietary supplements, and cosmetics. The components of plants that have medicinal value and healing properties are called Bioactive compounds, and they undergo a series of processes called Extraction and isolation.
The design of the dynamic extraction machine production line is mainly used for the fine powder particle product extraction,which is not suitable for the traditional extraction tank machine.
The main equipment is composed of (Cone bottom) mixing tank, solid-liquid separation equipment (like the decant centrifuge machine, plate type basket centrifuge machine, disc type centrifuge machine ), transfer pump unit, extraction solution storage tank, evaporator machine, etc, and can be equipped with advanced computer intelligent control.
Herb grind fine powder material and fresh solvent (water )are fed into the dynamic extraction tank, the mixing agitator system can keep the raw material dynamically mixed, the dynamic extraction tank is heated by the heat medium in the outer jacket during the extraction process. The whole process is kept at the process temperature required for extraction. After reaching the extraction time, then use the transfer pump (slurry pump ) or gravity to transfer the extraction solution and powder particle into the solid separation equipment to make the solid liquid separately, the used residue herbal fine particle raw material will be drain, the extraction solution can be kept in the extraction solution storage tank for the further process, like the purify, concentration and drying into powder process.
