Benchtop small batch extractor
The benchtop small batch extractor is designed for research and small scale commercial extraction of botanicals &essential oil from the herbal ,natural plant etc .It is also designed to be as large as possible and still be easy for one person to operation in the lab and house Sturdy stainless steel construction means it is nearly indestructible. The Bench Top uses ethanol ,methanol etc solvent or water as the medium.
Because it's the perfect size. Large enough to make small commercial quantities. Small enough to be easily handled or transported by one person. Buttercup can be used for steam distillation and solvent recovery of essential oil or terpene. Cold ethanol extraction, as well as our proprietary cold finger extraction, is the best way to extract all the ingredients of an herb and condense them into a tincture.

Working principle
The herbal or natural plant raw material will be feeding into the feeding basket ,the solvent or water will be adding into the extraction tank ( the solvent solution level will lower or higher (depend on the process) than the herbal feeding basket ,the bottom electrical heater will heating ,the vapor will pass the herbal raw material and take the essential botanical out ,the vapor will be condensate by condenser then reflux back to the extraction tank via the herbal basket ,so the effective is very well .
Character
1.Ethanol, water, or any organic solvent is distilled through a basket of herb to perform extraction. Units can also be configured to recover solvents from extract through distillation. Standard units that operate at atmospheric pressure and vacuum capable units available.
2.BenchTop unit allows you to collect and reuse your solvent. The condenser is cooled by connecting to a cold water source. This unit may be hooked up to a sink to cool, but a recirculating chiller would be a good option to consider. This unit uses for small batch processing
