The benchtop small batch extractor is designed for research and small scale commercial extraction of botanicals &essential oil from the herbal ,natural plant etc .It is also designed to be as large as possible and still be easy for one person to operation in the lab and house Sturdy stainless steel construction means it is nearly indestructible. The Bench Top uses ethanol ,methanol etc solvent or water as the medium.Because it's the perfect size. Large enough to make small commercial quantities. Small enough to be easily handled or transported by one person. Buttercup can be used for steam distillation and solvent recovery of essential oil or terpene. Cold ethanol extraction, as well as our proprietary cold finger extraction, is the best way to extract all the ingredients of an herb and condense them into a tincture.
Composite : extraction tank , raw material basket ,condenser ,electrical heater unit and control panel.
