Jacketed Kettle:
Jacketed kettle is widely used in the processing of sweets, pharmaceuticals, dairy products, wines, pastries, preserves, drinks, cans, bitters and other foods. It can also be used in large restaurants or canteens to cook soup, cook vegetables, stew, porridge and so on. It is a good equipment for food processing to improve quality, shorten time and improve labor condition.
Jacketed kettle is a double jacketed layer structure consisting of an inner and outer spherical pot body. The middle interlayer is heated by steam or electrical ,which is widely used in pharmaceutical ,food and chemical industry ,it can be used to cook ,boiling and concentration .


According to the construction structure ,it can be choose as the following functions:
1) Tilting model and support leg fixing model.
2) top cover mounted agitator model and non agitator model.
