Working principle
The Multiple agitator mixing tank usually made of two or three type agitator together in the Stainless steel tank ,each agitator have it is own function and purpose for the raw material .
 

1. Scraper type agitator :which agitator with PTFE scraper which can touch the inside shell wall of the tank can remove the viscosity or paste product from the inside shell wall to avoid the products burn or stick in the wall under heating and cooling .also scraper type agitator have a big fame agitator which can make inside product moveable and make the mixing uniform for the heating or cooling

 

1. High shear homogenize agitator : which can be installed in the tank top end or also can be installed in the tank bottom end ( it depend on the tank structure ) ,the homogenize agitator functional is that The centrifugal high-speed emulsifying head can produce a huge rotating suction force when it works. The material directly above the rotor is rotated and sucked down, and then it is thrown to the stator at high speed. After the high-speed shearing, collision and smashing between the rotating stators, the material is collected to the outlet and ejected. At the same time, the anti vortex baffle at the bottom of the tank converts the rotating force into the up and down overturning force, so that the materials in the tank are evenly mixed, and the powder is prevented from accumulating and agglomerating on the liquid surface, so as to achieve the purpose of hydration and emulsification.

 

1. Disc Dispenser agitator :The dispersing disc is an accessory of the high-speed dispersing machine, which is connected to the main shaft of the high-speed dispersing machine. When the main shaft of the disperser runs at high speed, the upper and lower parts of the disperser are rotating, and a turbulent zone will be formed at the edge of 2.5-5mm. The upper and lower serrations of the dispersion plate shear, impact, crush and disperse the materials at high speed, so as to achieve the state of rapid mixing, dissolution, dispersion and refinement
