Simple operation steps of equipment
1.after finished installation as our engineer suggestion and operation manual.
2.Checking the utilities of all the system like steam generator ,cooling water ,chiller ,compressor air etc in the working status.
3.close the bottom discharge gate by pneumatic cylinder ..
4.load the raw material into the extraction tank via top end manhole as the production process requirement.
5..charge the water or solvent solution into the tank as the production process requirement.
7.open the cooling water system and chiller system ( if it is necessary ) to make the cooling unit recycle.
8.start heating ( can use the steam or electrical )
9. for the water or solvent based extractor process , finished extracting process ,can discharge the extraction solution to the storage tank .if for the essential oil distill ,can adjust the the oil/water separator valve to make the oil and water separator to collect the essential oil product .
10. open the bottom discharge gate to make residue material discharge and change new batch raw material .
11.finished production ,stop heating system ,then cooling system .
12.use the hot water or CIP solution to clean inside shell of extraction tank by CIP spray ball .
