Product Description
PTFE Lined Tank is used to storage or reactor the pharmaceutical solution liquid ,chemical solution etc field ,which is in the high corrosion or strong acid ,the stainless steel material cannot bearing ,so it need inside coated or lined PTFE . also thIs kind PTFE material can fit to GMPs standard requirement ,can used in the food and pharmaceutical field . Fluoroplastics and metal composite technology is the result of ETFE (F-40). This technology is a new process of rotary sintering forming. According to the different requirements of users, the reasonable formula and the best lining thickness are selected to fuse the plastics and steel matrix. It is characterized by the integration of steel and plastic, strong adhesion, synchronous expansion and contraction, not easy to delamination, lining layer also has no lap joint, no bubbles, no pinholes, high impact strength, good anti permeability, smooth and bright surface, like enamel, small friction coefficient, not easy to scale and other characteristics.
ETFE [F40] is synthesized by copolymerization of 1:1 tetrafluoroethylene and ethylene. ETFE [F-40] fluoroplastics come from DuPont and Asahi, which are mainly used in anti-corrosion lining.
The material has the corrosion resistance of polytetrafluoroethylene and strong adhesion to metal, which overcomes the non adhesion defect of polytetrafluoroethylene to metal and makes ETFE [F-40] an ideal composite material with metal.
The optimized composite technology should be applied to anticorrosion equipment, which fully shows that the equipment manufactured by this technology has excellent negative pressure resistance. Welding steel wire mesh inside the equipment can enhance the anti negative pressure to the greatest extent, and the specific anti negative pressure value is as high as 0.09mpa.
After long-term production practice, it has been proved that the overall one-time roll coating F40 is the most ideal lining
material for reactor, storage tank, tower section and other equipment under the premise of high-temperature alkali,
high-temperature acid and other strong corrosive media, and glass lining can not be used.
