Product Description

Heat pump concentration equipment is used to concentrate dilute solutions or suspensions by removing water through evaporation and condensation. The key components of a heat pump concentration system include:
1.Evaporator - This is where the feed solution or suspension is heated, causing water to evaporate. The heat needed for evaporation is provided by the heat pump.
2.Compressor - This component compresses the water vapor from the evaporator, increasing its temperature and pressure.
3.Condenser - The compressed water vapor is condensed in the condenser, releasing heat that can be used for heating or other processes.
4.Expansion valve - This allows the refrigerant to expand and cool before re-entering the evaporator.

1.How to evaporate:
Vacuum heat pump evaporator uses vacuum pump to keep the system in a high vacuum state(<5000pa), so that the temperature of the material liquid boiling is reduced to between 35-40 ºC, thereby increasing the heat transfer efficiency and evaporation effect;

2.How to heat exchange:
Vacuum heat pump evaporator uses heat pump technology to provide energy for evaporation. Its energy consumption is only used to drive the compressor to run, which greatly saves energy consumption and achieves more than 90% energy saving.
