Product Description

Machine composite:
 The three effect concentrator is composed of a first effect heating chamber, evaporation chamber,  second effect heating chamber,  evaporation chamber, three effect heating chamber,  evaporation chamber, a condenser, a cooler and a liquid collecting tank.
Usage
Tri-effect concentrator is suitable for the concentration of natural plant, starch sugar, dairy products and other materials, especially for the low-temperature vacuum concentration of heat sensitive materials.
Working principle
The three-way concentrator is connected with the lower stage heater through the straight pipe at the bottom of the steam chamber and the steam chamber with the same top plate of the inner diaphragm of the primary and secondary effect separators, which is a secondary or tertiary steam pipe. The steam enters the steam chamber from the top plate of the separator and enters the next stage heater.
Characteristic:
1. Energy saving: under the same evaporation capacity, the energy consumption of steam and cooling water is less than that of primary effect and secondary effect.
2. The concentrator adopts external heating natural circulation type and negative pressure evaporation mode, with fast evaporation speed and large concentration ratio, up to 1.4, and does not need an open pot to collect the extract
3. The concentration adopts three effect simultaneous evaporation, and the secondary steam is reused. Compared with the single effect, the energy consumption is reduced by about 70%, and all the investment of the concentrator can be recovered from the energy-saving cost in less than one year.
4. Multifunctional operation features:
(1) the alcohol concentration can be recovered at about 80%, and the material can be fed in and out automatically;
(2) the paste can be formed at one time, fed from the first effect, and formed at one time after the second effect and the third effect.
