Freeze dryer is suitable for deep processing of fruits, vegetables, seafood and aquatic products, meat, instant drinks, pet freeze-dried food and other food industries. The freeze-drying box is made according to GMP requirements. The cylinder is made of 304 food grade stainless steel, and the internal mirror is polished. External sandblasting treatment, beautiful and generous. The clapboard and material tray are made of 304 stainless steel. The manufacturing process and requirements are higher than those of the current domestic conventional food freeze-drying machine manufacturers, which are cost-effective choices for users. The equipment is stable and low in energy consumption.
Freeze dryer machine host: mainly composed of box barrel, plate layer, isolation plate, main valve, capture pipe, evacuation valve, vacuum pump and other parts. At an appropriate position in the box cylinder, the box cylinder is separated from two spaces by the isolation plate, and the two spaces are connected through the main valve; The plate layer is installed at the front of the box cylinder to form a freeze-drying box; The capture tube is installed at the rear of the box cylinder and is a cold trap; The vacuum pump is connected with the box cylinder through the evacuation valve, thus forming a complete vacuum freeze dryer host. In this way, the freeze-drying food equipment host has the advantages of simple structure, easy disinfection, less pollution, uniform temperature of materials, and high refrigeration efficiency.
