Double effect concentrator is suitable for low temperature vacuum concentration of heat sensitive materials such as traditional
herb, western medicine, glucose, wine making, starch, oral liquid, chemical industry, food, monosodium glutamate, dairy
products,etc.

Working principle

The secondary steam generated by the first effect evaporation and concentration is used as a heat source again, and introduced
into another effect concentrator, and the PLC intelligent automatic control system is used to control the pressure and the boiling point of the solution in the double effect concentrator, so that it can be appropriately reduced, and the second effect can be used.

The secondary steam produced by the first-effect evaporator is heated. The condensation place of the first effect
evaporative concentrator is the heating place of the second effect concentrator.
