How to evaporate: Vacuum heat pump evaporator uses a vacuum pump to keep the system in a high vacuum state(<5000pa) so that the temperature of the material liquid boiling is reduced to between 35-40 ºC, thereby increasing the heat transfer efficiency and evaporation effect;

How to heat exchange: Vacuum heat pump evaporator uses heat pump technology to provide energy for evaporation. Its energy consumption is only used to drive the compressor to run, which greatly saves energy consumption and achieves more than 90% energy saving.

RO concentrated mother liquor is mainly composed of salt and COD, with a salt concentration of about 3% to 8%. There are two main treatment methods: 1: Low-concentration and low-water mother liquor enters the HPER low-temperature vacuum evaporator to extract more than 90% of the clear distillate, and the remaining trace concentrated liquid is treated as hazardous waste. 2: High-concentration mother liquor can enter the HEPD scraper low-temperature vacuum drying and crystallization system to remove inorganic salts, heavy metals and COD contained in the waste liquid, and finally obtain dry solid crystalline salt with a water content of ≤15%. The clear and transparent distillate is extracted and can be reused as reclaimed water or treated to meet the discharge standards.
