The material is evenly distributed on the inner wall of the falling film pipe from the top of the falling film chamber through the film distribution device, and flows from top to bottom under the action of its own gravity and secondary steam flow. At the same time, it exchanges heat with the heated steam on the outer wall of the falling film pipe and evaporates. The evaporated material and secondary steam enter the separation type for gas-liquid separation, and the material is sent out through the discharge pump, if the concentration of the material fails to meet the requirements Through the plunger valve, the steam volume is adjusted to ensure the concentration of the outlet material. The secondary steam enters the service condenser and is cooled with cooling water. The non condensable gas is sucked out by vacuum pump, and the system is guaranteed to work under vacuum at the same time.

Characteristics of falling film evaporator:
1. The falling film evaporator has the characteristics of high thermal efficiency and short heating time because of the uniform heating of steam and liquid film flow evaporation.

2. The material flows down the inner wall of the tube to accelerate evaporation, which is suitable for evaporation of high viscosity liquid.

3. Because the material film evaporates in each tube, the heating time of the material is very short, which is very beneficial to food evaporation and can preserve a large number of nutrients in food.

4. In the process of vacuum evaporation, the requirements of sanitation and environmental protection are ensured, and the evaporation temperature is greatly reduced. In addition, with the configuration of the pump, part of the steam is absorbed by the hot pressure pump and remixed with the fresh steam, so as to save steam. 5. The falling film evaporator is suitable for the evaporation and concentration of foaming materials. The liquid forms a film evaporation in the heating tube to form a gas-liquid separation. At the bottom of the effect body, only a small amount of material liquid and all the secondary steam enter the separator for separation. There is not too much impact in the whole process to avoid the formation of foaming.
