Machine composite: Double effect concentrator is including the following units first effect heating tank,first effect evaporator tank ,second effect heating tank ,second effect evaporator tank ,gas/water separator,condenser ,sub-cooler , collection tank and pipeline .
Usage: This equipment combines external heating, natural circulation, and vacuum negative pressure evaporation, resulting in rapid evaporation speed and a concentration ratio of up to 1:3. The liquid is concentrated in a fully sealed state, facilitating easy equipment cleaning (simply by opening the upper and lower covers of the heater). This equipment offers ease of operation and occupies minimal space. The heater and evaporator are constructed with high-density insulation materials, while the outer shell is made of stainless steel sheeting for insulation purposes, featuring either a mirror or matte surface treatment.
Double effect concentrator is suitable for low temperature vacuum concentration of heat sensitive materials such as glucose, wine making, starch, oral liquid, chemical industry, food, monosodium glutamate, juice, syrup, ketchup,dairy products,etc.
