multifunctional extraction and concentrator process production line is used to extractor the APIs active ingredient and Essential oil from the herbal raw material material ,animal organic ,seafood,flower ,seed ,leaf, fruit , stem,roots and Natural products etc .which fit the water based extractor ,solvent based extractor and steam distill etc process. Also can work under the vacuum and positive pressure .
Multifunctional extraction and concentrator production process
1.Water based extraction process :Extraction machine →filter (transfer pump)→extraction storage tank →concentrator→purify machine (optional)→solvent (water) remove evaporator (optional )→vacuum scraper concentrator →drying machine (optional )→solvent recovery system (optional).
2.Solvent based extraction process :solvent mixing tank→ Extraction machine →filter (transfer pump)→extraction storage tank →concentrator→purify machine (optional)→solvent (water) remove evaporator (optional )→vacuum scraper concentrator →drying machine (optional )→solvent recovery system (optional).
