Basket Type Extraction Machines is widely used to extract the various raw material ,like the green tea ,date(Jujube),fruit,natural plant's leaf ,stem Seafood , animal bone,organ viscera and also can be used to distill flower essential aroma oil , recovering the organic solvent in the waste residue.

1)Inside shell can be bear high pressure and high temperature ,so it can save the extractor time compare with the tradition type extractor tank .
2)After extracting ,the residue raw material can be take out with the basket together from the top head of the extractor tank by the hoist ,so it can avoid the raw material block the outlet nozzle of the solution discharge .
3)Flowers, pulps, and raw materials containing mucus are prone to blockage of filters and difficulties in discharge extracting solution for traditional extraction tank . This device places raw material materials in a basket, effectively avoiding the above phenomena.
4)Fine powder particle can be packaged in a cloth bag then put the cloth bag into the basket to extractor ,after extracting ,the bag with fine powder particle can take out completely ,so it also fit the fine powder particle material,also can avoid the fine powder to block the extraction outlet filter system .
5)Easy to realize feeding raw material ,automatic slagging discharge outlet .
6)Due to the top open discharge gate structure,so there is no static pressure of the liquid the discharge gate ,so the top open discharge gate will not easy deformation compare with the bottom end discharge gate system .
7)Stainless steel basket with small holes,liquid can flow out quickly and smoothly ,so not easy to block the solution outlet filter system .
8)If the raw material is fine powder,so the raw material can be packed into the cloths bags firstly then feeding into the basket ,so it will not make the fine powder into the solution to avoid the filter and outlet system block issue .
9)It is suitable for the essential oil distill for the flower ,leaf ,stem etc raw material ,the raw material can be load into the basket ,the bottom of the tank can use the steam distill directly ,so the steam can heating distill the raw material uniform ,so can get the essential oil in good output productivity.
Basket type extractor machine capacity can be customized from 50l to 10000l as the customized for the room layout size ,also the whole system can make as manual control or PLC/HMI automatic control system .
