Product Composition

Multifunctional thermal reflux extractor and concentrator machine including extractor tank, single effect concentrator,condenser, oil/water separator,sub-cooler,water(solvent)collection tank, automatic drain system.pipeline, control panel and platform. 

Working principle
The extractor solution outlet from the bottom of the extractor tank to the single effect concentrator to evaporate, and the evaporated solvent (water) condensate then reflux back to the extractor tank as the fresh solvent (water) . The fresh solvent (water) mixture with the extraction solution completely and evaporate again, till to extractor all the active ingredient from the raw material herbs and natural product.
   
Usage and characteristic
Multifunctional thermal reflux extractor and concentrator machine can fit the different processes of extraction & concentration condition :
This machine have complete functions ,can be used to for the different type extraction process for different type raw material:

1.Water based extractor --vacuum concentrator process : traditional herbal or natural product raw material are put into the inside shell extraction tank via top manhole ,the water charged from the inlet nozzle , and the jacket can be heating by steam . After boiling in the inside shell tank, the heat source is reduced, and the boiling in the tank is maintained.for sometimes The maintenance time is determined according to the extraction process. If the extraction is closed type ( which equipped with the condenser ,sub-cooler ), cooling water is needed to cool the vapor gas in the condenser and condensate water return back to the extraction tank to maintain circulation and temperature.after the extraction process ,the extraction solution will be transferred out from the bottom filter net of the extractor tank to the storage tank by transfer pump or vacuum pump ,the extraction solution will be evaporated in the concenentrator ,the heating tank of the concentrator unit will be heating by steam and keep the inside extraction solution will be keep the water boiling temperature in low temperature ( which is under vacuum ) ,the water will be vapor and cooling by the condenser ,the water will be drain ,the extraction ointment (product ) will be get from the concentrator unit .after finished the extraction and concentrator ,the residue raw material will be discharge by opening the bottom pneumatic discharge gate. Of extraction tank

After boiling in the inside shell tank, the heat source is reduced, and the boiling in the tank is maintained.for sometimes The maintenance time is determined according to the extraction process. 3.Soxhlet extractor --concentrator process: traditional herbal or natural product raw material are put into the inside shell extraction tank via top manhole ,the water or solvent (like ethanol etc) charged from the inlet nozzle , and the jacket can be heating by steam . After boiling in the inside shell tank, the heat source is reduced, and the boiling in the tank is maintained.for sometimes then close the jacket heating of the extractor tank ,open the extractor solution outlet valve of the extraction tank to make the solution enter into the concentrator unit ,then open the steam heating valve for the concentrator unit,to make the vapor from the concentrator tank reflux back to the extractor tank ,so keep running sometimes ,then close the reflux back valve to the extractor tank ,and open the vapor valve to the condenser ,make the the water or solvent will be vapor and cooling by the condenser ,the solvent will be kept in the storage tank ( water can be drain directly ) ,the extraction ointment (product ) will be get from the concentrator unit .after finished the extraction and concentrator ,the residue raw material will be discharge by opening the bottom pneumatic discharge gate. Of extraction tank 
4.Recovery of solvent solution in the residue raw material process: for the solvent based extractor process ,after transfer the extraction solution ,the residue raw material still content lots solvent solution ,as usual before discharge the residue ,we need recovery the solvent in the raw material ,the method should be similar as the essential oil distill method as above . steam can be heating in jacket or distill inlet inside of extraction tank ,the solvent will be vapor  and Turn on the cooling water to the condenser and chiller for the sub-cooler, so that the rising vapor state solvent with water can be condensate via the condenser and sub-cooler ,the solvent solution will be collected there .after finished the solvent recovery process,the residue material will be discharge by opening the bottom pneumatic discharge gate. 
5.Essential oil steam distill extractor process :flowers or natural product raw material are put into the inside shell extraction tank via top manhole of extraction tank ,the steam direct inlet from the bottom end of inside shell extraction tank ,the steam will be distill the flower (or natural product ) to take the essential oil out directly ,Turn on the cooling water to the condenser and chiller for the sub-cooler, so that the rising vapor state essential oil with water can be condensate via the condenser and sub-cooler ,the water with the oil mixture solution will enter into the oil/water separator unit ,the oil be collected and the water will be drain .after finished the extraction ,,the residue material will be discharge by opening the bottom pneumatic discharge gate. 
6.Essential oil extractor process by water vapor process :flowers or natural product raw material are put into the inside shell extraction tank via top manhole of extraction tank,the water charged from the inlet nozzle of extractor tank, and the jacket can be heating by steam ,Turn on the cooling water to the condenser and chiller for the sub-cooler, so that the rising vapor state essential oil with water can be condensate via the condenser and sub-cooler ,the water with the oil mixture solution will enter into the oil/water separator unit ,the oil be collected and the water will be drain .after finished the extraction ,the residue material will be discharge by opening the bottom pneumatic discharge gate. 
7..Essential oil extractor by solvent process :flowers or natural product raw material are put into the inside shell extraction tank via top manhole of extraction tank,the solvent (like ethanol ,.acetone etc)charged from the inlet nozzle of the extractor tank , which must be sealed, and the jacket can be heating by steam . Turn on the cooling water to the condenser (sub-cooler), so that the rising vapor state solvent can flow back into liquid solution after passing through the condenser to maintain circulation and temperature.after the extraction process ,the extraction solution will be transferred out from the bottom filter net of the extractor tank to the storage tank or concentrator unit by transfer pump ,the essential oil with the solvent mixture solution will be evaporated in the concenentrator ,the heating tank of the concentrator unit will be heating by steam and keep the inside mixture solution will be keep the solvent boiling temperature ,the solvent will be vapor and cooling by the condenser ,the solvent will be collect in the solvent storage tank ,the essential oil (product ) will be get from the concentrator unit .after finished the extraction and concentrator ,the residue  raw material will be discharge by opening the bottom pneumatic discharge gate. Of extraction tank
