Single Effect/Double Effect Evaporator And Crystallizer System For Fertilizer
The System combines Crystallization and concentration processes to concentrate solutions efficiently. Utilizing the principle of precipitating crystals when the solute is supersaturated effectively separates solutes to achieve concentration. Widely used in various industries such as fertilizer, wastewater, and inorganic salt, this equipment can prepare high-purity products and improve product quality. With a capacity ranging from 50L to 3000L and an evaporation rate of 10L to 600L per hour, it has obtained CE certification.
Common applications of multi-effect evaporation in fertilizer production include concentrating solutions of ammonium nitrate, urea, phosphoric acid, magnesium sulfate, and potassium salts.
