Usage

Single effect concentrator is suitable for evaporating the water or solvent from solution such as traditional herbal medicine, western medicine, glucose, wine- making, starch, oral liquid, chemical industry, food, natural flavor, food additives, monosodium glutamate, dairy products, etc.

The outlet ointment density is about 1.2g/cm3, also can be used to recovery the solvent ,like methanol, ethanol etc.

Working principle

The raw steam enters the outside of the tube of the heating chamber, heating up the material and liquid, spraying it into the evaporation chamber from the nozzle for vapor-liquid separation.

The material and liquid return to the lower part of the heating chamber for reheating, and the material and liquid are heated and sprayed into the evaporation chamber for circulation. 

The material is concentrated to a certain extent, and after sampling is determined, the material is discharged from the outlet.

The steam evaporated from the evaporation chamber is removed by the demister, then the vapor-liquid separator is removed, and some of the liquid is returned to the evaporation chamber. 

The remaining two steam is cooled by the condenser and cooler to form liquid into the liquid storage tank, and finally the non condensable gas is discharged into the atmosphere or the vacuum pump is taken
away.

1.evaporating the water or solvent from solution (e.g., traditional natural herbal,  oral liquid

2.Heat-sensitive materials: antibiotics and 
vitamins: Typically operated under vacuum and low temperatures to effectively prevent degradation of heat-sensitive active ingredients.

3. Solvent Recovery: Recovers and reuses organic solvents during evaporation, like methanol, ethanol.

4. Food and Beverage Industry:
Juice Concentration (e.g., apple juice, orange juice): Reduces volume for easier transportation and storage while preserving flavor and nutrients.;

Dairy processing (e.g., milk concentration, whey concentration): Used to produce powdered milk, condensed milk, etc.

Concentration of syrups, glucose, and condiments (e.g., ketchup, jam): Increases concentration and viscosity.

Wine- makin;

monosodium glutamate, starch;

Production of seasonings like monosodium glutamate (MSG) and soy sauce.

5. Chemical Industry
chemical intermediates concentration of dilute acids and alkalis.etc.

6. Wastewater Treatment: Reducing industrial wastewater volume to facilitate subsequent processing or lower disposal costs.

Structure:

1. Single effect concentrator is compact in structure and occupies a small area. Precision polishing inside and outside, in line with GMP requirements.

2. The recovery capacity is large, and the vacuum concentration process is adopted. Compared with the old and similar equipment,the productivity is increased by 5-10 times, the energy consumption is reduced by 2.30%, the investment is small, and the recovery efficiency is high. 

3.The normal/decompression operation is adopted, the evaporation temperature is low, the speed is fast, and the configuration of each instrument valve is reasonable and convenient for operation.
