Liquid supply engineering: The liquid supply pump lifts the raw liquid in the temporary storage barrel to the metering tank inside the equipment. After the vacuum pressure in the equipment reaches the set value, it is sucked into the distillation kettle to complete the metering and liquid entry.

Distillation engineering: The equipment turns on the heat source (steam, heat pump, electromagnetic) to distill the water in the raw water in a reduced pressure environment of -80~90kpa and a boiling point of 45~55ºC, and condenses it into cleaner recycled water through the condenser. The scraper on the stirring shaft scrapes off the solids on the inner wall of the distillation kettle to prevent scaling.

Discharge engineering: The automatic control system detects and determines the state of the residue in the distillation kettle. When the set value is reached, it enters the discharge engineering, and the scraper on the stirring shaft rotates to discharge the residue.

MVR mother liquor is a nearly saturated concentrated waste liquid discharged after the wastewater undergoes initial evaporation and reduction after MVR, multi-effect evaporation, or low-temperature evaporation. The water quality of MVR concentrated liquid is complex, the solid content concentration is very high, and the salt concentration is almost saturated, making it difficult to treat.
The MVR mother liquor enters the HEPD scraper low-temperature vacuum drying crystallizer. Under vacuum and low-temperature conditions, the scraper drying crystallization system can deeply concentrate and crystallize the MVR mother liquor after treatment, which can greatly reduce and remove the inorganic salts, heavy metals and COD contained in the waste liquid, and finally obtain dry solid crystals with a water content of <15%. The water vapor generated by water evaporation condenses during the vacuum process to form a clean and clear distillate, which is collected in a clean water bucket. The evaporation water rate of the equipment can reach more than 98%, and the effluent water quality is clear and transparent. The distillate can be reused or further treated to meet the emission standards.
