Advantages

Dual-Purpose Extraction: Performs both steam distillation for pure essential oils and solvent-based extraction (using ethanol, methanol, water, or other organic solvents) for tinctures and full-spectrum botanical concentrates. Built-in solvent recovery function via distillation enhances efficiency and reduces operational costs.

 

Precision & Control: Features adjustable temperature control and optional vacuum operation capability. Vacuum allows for lower-temperature extraction and solvent recovery, protecting heat-sensitive compounds.

Efficient Working Principle: Employs a dynamic percolation/reflux system. Vaporized solvent or steam passes through the raw material basket, extracts active components, condenses, and refluxes back through the biomass, ensuring thorough and efficient extraction.
Inherent Safety: Equipped with essential safety features including pressure gauges, safety release valves, and overheat protection devices, ensuring secure operation in a lab or small workshop environment.
