Energy Saving Horizontal Vacuum Scraper Crystallizer For Wastewater Treatment Zero Emissions

Glass Processing Wastewater High Organic and Salt Wastewater Acidized Wastewater Evaporation Concentration and Crystallization

Liquid supply engineering: The liquid supply pump lifts the raw liquid in the temporary storage barrel to the metering tank inside the equipment. After the vacuum pressure in the equipment reaches the set value, it is sucked into the distillation kettle to complete the metering and liquid entry.

Distillation engineering: The equipment turns on the heat source (steam, heat pump, electromagnetic) to distill the water in the raw water in a reduced pressure environment of -80~90kpa and a boiling point of 45~55ºC, and condenses it into cleaner recycled water through the condenser. The scraper on the stirring shaft scrapes off the solids on the inner wall of the distillation kettle to prevent scaling.

Discharge engineering: The automatic control system detects and determines the state of the residue in the distillation kettle. When the set value is reached, it enters the discharge engineering, and the scraper on the stirring shaft rotates to discharge the residue.

4. No consumables: The operating principle of the equipment is simple, and no consumables are generated in the applicable process. The operating costs are introduced.
5. Closed distillation environment: The distillation, condensation and other processes are all in a closed environment, and there is no secondary pollution of exhaust gas on site.
