Product Description

1.How to evaporate:
Vacuum heat pump evaporator uses vacuum pump to keep the system in a high vacuum state(<5000pa), so that the temperature of the material liquid boiling is reduced to between 35-40 ºC, thereby increasing the heat transfer efficiency and evaporation effect;

2.How to heat exchange:
Vacuum heat pump evaporator uses heat pump technology to provide energy for evaporation. Its energy consumption is only used to drive the compressor to run, which greatly saves energy consumption and achieves more than 90% energy saving.

Vacuum heat pump evaporator characteristics
1.Plug and play, no additional steam and cooling tower is required.;
2.Compared with traditional evaporation technology, heat pump evaporation technology can save more than 90% in energy consumption;
3.Ultra-low temperature evaporation. The vacuum degree is above -0.095Mpa, the evaporation temperature is 35-40 ºC. More suitable for heat-sensitive effluent.
