Compact Full Automatic Lab Scale Parenteral Dosage Solution Preparation System
The Solution Preparation System can be used in various fields, including pharmaceuticals for low-viscosity solutions such as infusion, injection, eye drops, syrup, oral liquid, vaccines, and lotions. In the cosmetic field, it can be used for creams, ointments, and hand sanitizers. In the food industry, it can be used for juice processing, milk cooling, and beverage preparation. It can also be utilized in the chemical industry for blending solvents like ethanol, methanol, and acetone.
In the pharmaceutical field, the Stainless Steel Jacketed Solution Preparation Blend Mixing Tank is used to mix WFI water with Pharmaceutical API according to specific proportions for infusion and injection solutions. The tank is designed with a CIP/SIP system and can be automatically controlled by PLC throughout the production process.
The Solution Preparation System can be customized according to production process requirements. It allows for manual and automatic control of feed, discharge, and mixing during the mixing process.
The system includes the mixing tank body, upper and lower heads, agitator, support, transmission device, and shaft seal device, and can be equipped with heating, cooling, or metering devices based on process requirements.

1) The volume can range from 20L to 10000L.
2) We can use materials such as SS304 and SS316L.
3) The tank can be single-layered if no heating or cooling is required in the process, or it can be a jacket type mixing tank which can be heated by steam or electrical means.
4) Optional top-mounted agitator types include propeller, anchor, high shear emulsifier, and scraper, depending on the product characteristics.
5) Optional bottom-mounted agitator types include magnetic and high-shear emulsifying agitators, again depending on the product's characteristics.
6) Optional mixing tank nozzles may include manholes (handholes), CIP spray balls, vent filters, level gauges/indicators, temperature and pressure gauges/sensors, load cells, sensors for pH and PO2, safety valves, sampling valves, nitrogen/compressor air gas inlets, sight glasses, and sight lights, among others.
7) The tank vessel can be equipped with optional CIP/SIP online features.
8) The inside shell has a mirror polish with Ra<0.4um, while the outside shell is polished with Ra<0.8um.
