CO2 SUPERCRITICAL EXTRACTOR(SCFE)

Supercritical carbon dioxide (CO2) fluid extraction is a relatively new, environmentally friendly and highly efficient extraction technology.  It produces superior herbal extracts widely used in the food, natural flavoring, fragrance and herbal medicine industries. The equipment is used to extract substances (solid or liquid) under high pressure and appropriate temperature, and change the conditions in the separator to resolve the dissolved substances, so as to achieve the purpose of separation. The device is mainly composed of extraction tank,separation tank, CO2 high-pressure pump, jacket circulation pump, chiller system, heat exchange system, CO2 storage tank, liquid level gauge, filter system, flow meter, temperature control system, safety protection device ,plc control system etc. The auxiliary equipment and system can meet the requirements of the main supercritical extraction system and process requirements.
